[Plugin: Subscribe2] Can't preview or send email-get "Are you sure?" message

This is a new install-my first self hosted WP blog. Here is the URL:

When I try to preview or send an email message I get this message:“Are you sure you want to do this?” against an all white background-no buttons, nothing. Just this message. I’m not sure how to begin to troubleshoot. Can you please assist?
