[Plugin: Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Redirect after signing up

I just set this up and so far it seems great. One weird thing…when I signed up to receive notices of new comments to a post I was sent to a “Thank you” page. Is there a way to put a link on that page to take them back to the page they signed up from? It’s counter-intuitive and problematic for them to find their way back otherwise.
