Plugin Subscribe to Comments reloaded

I am using the Subscribe to comments reloaded plugin. But at the bottom of my comment box the text that says “Follow up via email” in streched out going up and down instead of side to side. Does anyone know how to fix this thanks. Example https://www.abackpackerstale.com/blogs/the-decision/
