Plugin Style and Color Does Not Change The Carousel

  • Mentioned this a few months back in a reply to another users post. Interested in what I can do that might work around this or if there is a release in the works that resolves it.

    I can edit text but when I try to style the text in the slide-content tab (where it says “This field can take HTML markup.”) It will not save any in-line CSS styles.

    I can change the text color in the slide style tab, but it never has an effect. I can change the type size in the slide style tab, but it never has an effect the slide takes either.

    Hosting environment – Linux
    WordPress – WordPress 4.9.7
    PHP Version – 5.2.4
    Site URL where the error occurred – /
    Active Theme – Venture
    List of active plugin if possible – Nah. let’s not go there.
    Error messages in detail – No error message
    Picture of error message if possible – No error message
    Last thing you did right before the site blew up – Site did not blow up, the plugin just does seem yo save styling changes
