Plugin stuck in demo mode

I purchased this plugin about two days ago. It was giving me all the options fine yesterday, but then I logged in again and it’s saying that I need to upgrade to the pro version. I have already paid for this plugin, and downloaded the full pro version that i was given access to, yet it still keeps on limiting my options. I’m not really sure what else I can do – there is no license code or anything that I received in the documentation.
