Plugin Stuck at Unpacking so how do I/can I FTP?

  • My site is https://thebardurham.com. I am not sure if I can FTP into the site and if so, exactly how to do it. I want to because there are a couple of plugins I would like to add that seem to be too large. Can anyone help with this issue?

    AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
AddHandler x-mapp-php5 .php

    to the top of your WordPress .htaccess file.
