plugin stuck after submit on only one of my forms

    I have many forms on my website all using contact form 7 and till now have had no issues. I have just added a new form which is a fair bit longer than the others and when I click submit the spinning arrows just keep spinning. All other forms are still working without issue. Can anyone give me help in basic terms as I am still a novice at wordpress.
