Plugin stuck after 14 hours of work with error codes

    Hi,

    I have around 3,500 images on the server, I don’t know if that is a lot or not, but the plugin has been working for the past 14 hours converting images and is now stuck at 87%.

    Also, there have been multiple errors like this: “There was an error connecting to the API, received a response code of 0”. Not sure what that means.

    Any advice on how I can complete the process, without having to restart conversion from scratch and waiting for another 14 hours? Or what the error message means?

    If it helps with troubleshooting, I’m using the PRO version.

    Hello @vladanik,

    Thanks for your message.

    Try waiting a few hours and restarting the conversion, but without selecting “Force the conversion of all images again”.

    The service works properly, although the hosting sometimes blocks outgoing connections if the specified limit is exceeded. Contact the administrator of your server about this if it does not start working in a few hours.

    Hi Mateusz,

    Thank you for your reply. I have restarted the conversion, I left the “force convert all images again” off, and it seems to be done now. I did get a few “There was an error connecting to the API, received a response code of 200” errors, I don’t know if that is a problem?

    @vladanik If there are several files, try converting again or ignore these errors.
