Hi, great work on the plugin! I do have one question, though.

I’d like to use your excellent plugin to break longer stories on our horror fiction website, Creepypasta.com, into multiple pages.

This page is a good example, and has your plugin active on it at this time:
    https://www.creepypasta.com/tales-from-an-ex-convict/

We use the Ad Inserter plugin to automatically insert AdSense ads at 25%, 50%, and 75% into the posts. I noticed that upon implementing your plugin on the above page, which split the story into its 10 parts, that ads did not show up at those 25/50/75 percentage points in the overall story, nor did they show up at those points in the 10 split pages.

Ideally, we would have 3 ads displayed PER split page, so as to maximize impressions and hence, ad revenue. If splitting the pages in this manner does not allow for this, I’m afraid your plugin simply won’t work for us. And as it stands, it appears it is interfering with the ad insertion completely, and removing any ads from the story, which defeats the entire purpose of our posting the story in the first place.

Can you speak to what exactly might be going on here? Is jQuery interfering with the ad insertion, and stripping the code, or otherwise preventing it from displaying? Is it a coding bug, or something else? Please advise.

Thank you so much for the detailed post. No, it’s not a coding bug. In fact this plugin splits and display with show hide thing using jQuery. So without this plugin you were splitting a post like, only required part was displayed. By using this plugin, whole post is there but a specific part is being displayed. So when it is rendering and hiding the whole post, it’s like displaying all ads at once, and you know ads don’t work more than 3 times mostly.

Page refresh based option included in premium version later to handle this problem. And if you notice, html snippet sections provided on settings page for ads etc. So this plugin will manage ads display automatically without pasting in post contents.

    Thanks,
    Fahad
