[Plugin: Strictly Auto Tags] Custom Taxonomy

Hi,
Is it possible to tag inside custom taxonomy.
I mean I have added a custom taxonomy similar to wordpress “Tags”
Is it possible to run this plugin on the custom Taxonomy instead of “Tags”??
