[Plugin: Stray Random Quotes] Excellent innerface!

This is my umpteenth plug-in install trying a variety of plug-ins and I have to say you have thought this thing through as well as any I’ve seen. I was amazed at the flexibility that the settings allowed me, to a point of precision (e.g., “html before the source, if author exists, or doesn’t.”) Thank you for an excellent contribution to the WP community!
