[Plugin: Stout Google Calendar] permission to access calendar error

suddenly this morning when looking at my site it showed this where the calendar sits. I have deactivated the plug-in, deleted it re-downloaded it and attempted to make a new calendar and issue still occurs. This even shows when looking in the preview window from wordpress dashboard. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
