[Plugin: Storefront Mega Menus] Not Working after Update

Hello!

Is anyone else having problems with the Storefront Mega Menus after the last update? I was get the following message when I tried to activate it:

Fatal error: Can’t use method return value in write context in /home4/mydiydes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/storefront-mega-menus/includes/class-smm-frontend.php on line 440

I contacted Woothemes about this and after a few days there was another update and with this update, I was able to activate the plugin and use it. However when I try to use the “text” widget, it does not save any of the information. I would click “save and publish” and when I check my website, the information would not be there. Then when I go back and look at the “text” widget, none of my information is there.

Is anyone else having problems? Is there another Mega Menu plugin that anyone would recommend?
