    Hi,

I’m a big fan of Popup Maker, but I’ve had problems on two sites where the updates have caused problems with blocking Gravity Forms’ CSS when the ‘Gravity User-Registration’ module is active.

I’ve gone through the steps of disabling all plugins, but when PopupMaker is active the CSS on the forms breaks. I tried running just Gravity Forms, with/without User Registration module and PopupMaker (everything else switched off), but the two just aren’t compatible.

I’ve asked the support team at Gravity Forms to review the problem too. Do you know if there’s a likelihood of the two plugins having same name for a CSS class? Or can you advise if there’s a ‘compatibility mode’ where the CSS for Popup-Maker can be loaded differently?

    Thanks

@keved – Sorry for the delay, but we have users using that addon with PM so I’m not sure exactly what your seeing but this is the first report I’ve seen.

Further, we don’t have anything that isn’t prefixed with pum- or popmake- so it seems unlikely.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.
