Plugin stopping header menu dropdown menu from working

    Hello

    When I activate the RM plugin, it causes the drop down menu on the site-wide header menu to stop working. The only thing that fixes it is to deactivate the plugin. Is there a fix for this? If not, are we able to get a refund if we cannot use the product? Everything is up to date.
