Plugin Stopped Working With Woocommerce – November 2017

  • Hello,

    We have had this Call For Price plugin working on our website for a while and it worked good.

    But recently, as of November 2017 it stopped working. I suspect that either WordPress or Woocommerce was updated and that disabled this Call For Price.

    When will there be an updated version of this plugin that work with the most recent versions of Woocommerce and WordPress?

    I’ve just tested it on my server (latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions), but unfortunately couldn’t reproduce the issue – it seems to be working fine for me. I’ve tested simple and variable products… Could you please give me more details on the error? No text is displayed at all when you set empty price for product?

    Hello Tom,

    Thank you for the update. We are using the Woostroid template from TemplateMonster.

    Our website is below:

    The products named Sentinal have no price entered in Woocommerce and used to read Call For Price.

    We can buy the Pro version if that makes a difference. I was planning to do it anyways after I setup the Basic version of the plugin to get it working. It worked fine for about 3 months and stopped working only recently.

    It displays 0 in the price field when we leave it blank in Woocommerce.

    I just reinstalled the basic version of the plugin and it still does not work.
