Plugin Stopped Working Costing Us Thousands of Dollars

  • We purchased the paid version of this plugin. Randomly a week ago it stopped working. We noticed sales dropping and checked the plugin. Even though it is two months before our license needed to be renewed it prompted us to enter a license code. When we entered the code it said that the license was already in use on our site. This is the same site that it was asking us to enter the code on. Support reset our license but the damage has already been done.

    Happened a second time. I sent screenshots to their team. They can see the exact issue. I gave the login to wordpress and FTP access. It’s been hours and it’s still not fixed. What is going on?
