After updating to 6.0 my embedded forms aren’t working. There is shortcode in my sidebar widget however it’s not pulling my forms. The plugin still seems to be working in the backend, but I can’t see anything in the front end.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello!

    Hope you’re doing well!

In latest Hustle version there are new changes added; the forms are separated into
three categories Pop-ups, Slide In and Embed forms. Please create a new form, from Hustle > Embeds, set the Shortcode type to Live and use this shortcode to show embeded form.

    Please see this screesnhot

Let us know if you have any questions!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello @rossifra

    Hope you’re doing well!

Above instructions are to create embed opt-ins that can be added to a sidebar or/end loaded with shortcode on a page. To create a popup, please go to Hustle > PopUps.

If a popup is created and still not showing, this can be a conflict between the plugins. Please run a quick test, deactivate all the plugins except Hustle, switch to a default WordPress theme and check if the opt-in showing up. If it is, please activate one plugin at the time, every time checking the front end. This way you know which plugin can cause this

If the issue still persist, per WordPress forum regulations, please create a new thread and describe the issue you have.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
