    No it still work but you should have a plugin conflict …
    Please note that the plugin does not call any remote API or something like that : everthing is done locally … therefore if something change it mean that it change on your server

    Not sure if you’re still having issues, but I was having the same problem! I discovered that I had wp.me short links enabled through Jetpack, which was overwriting my custom short links. If you go into Jetpack, click on “View 27 more features…” and scroll down to wp.me short links, you can disable it, which should convert your short urls back to your custom ones.
