plugin stopped working

Hi,

Please enable the “Debugging Log” option on the plugin settings page. Then, run some tests.

Then, check back the “debug_xxxx.log” located in the plugin folder for the action and client IP captured for details.

Also, please make sure you have disabled all cache modules.

Done, the only issue I see is that when I hit the IP lookup within my dashboard Im getting error: 
'ERROR: Unable to lookup IP address?2a0e:3e80:2024:1b51:7ca6:8dcd:bc97:71a3."

Please advise

It looks like an IPv6 issue. Please uncheck the option “Download IPv4 Database Only” on the plugin settings page. Then, update your database again.
