Plugin Stopped Working

    I’ve used the plugin on my site for a while without any problems, but lately I’ve been unable to see reports for periods like last month, last week, and today. As far as I understand, the plugin is not working on my site at the moment.

    How can we fix this?

    Are the emails not going through, or the abandoned orders are not getting captured?

    First of all, thank you for your quick response. When I test the plugin, it can send a manual test mail.

    But automatic mails do not go and when I look at the reports, my past orders are not visible at the moment.

    Hello @a2adijital,

    Please try to create an abandoned order and click on the abandoned order and see if the emails are scheduled, please refer to this screenshot.

    If abandoned orders are not created, please use a plugin to list the CRON jobs on your WordPress website, you can use the WP Crontrol plugin and list CRON jobs and see if the Cart ABandonment CRON job running correctly. Please refer to this screenshot.
