Plugin stopped working

Hi, I have the Shortcodes Ultimate plugin v. 4.9.9, I use the horizontal tabs shortcode on many pages and it was working fine.
Our site went down last week for a couple of days – our hosting company said there was a problem with file permissions – when it came back up the ShortCodes Ultimate plugin had stopped working – it’s not possible to select any of the tabs all I see is the first tab (which is also not selected). I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin, I’ve deactivated all the other plugins thinking there might be a conflict but nothing helps.
Appreciate any help to get this great plugin working again.
