Plugin stopped showing up.

  • Plugin was showing up but now it’s not. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still nothing.
    Disconnected the FB page logged out then back in, reconnected page, still not showing.
    What else?

    The widget is on the website, screenshot
    Try to clear browser cache and open the website again after it

    Yeah I had already tried that several times. It’s still not showing up in Chrome. I checked Microsoft Edge and it shows there though.
    Curious what browser you used for the screen shot?

    Mine browser was Chrome.
    Though it FB Pixel what makes chat widget to disappear.
    Please do the following in order to make it appear:
    1. Go to Appearance -> Theme (or Theme Editor)
    2. Find on the right panel Theme Header (header.php)
    3. Paste in as the first line under <body> tag:
    <script async=”async” src=”https://static.mobilemonkey.com/js/153103828122232.js”></script&gt;

    Thanks for your response, I read that on another thread and was gonna try it but my theme editor is not showing up? I have no idea why but it’s gone. Gotta figure that out first.

    Ok, @roxwhitt
    Theme editor just may have a different name like Editor, Theme, Theme Editor or other depending on WP version. So whatever its name will be, just need to find where you can edit files directly

    Thanks but Theme editor is gone completely. It’s not showing up under any name. Haven’t used it in a while so no idea how long it’s been gone.
