Plugin stopped showing IDs of forms

  • The new version of plugin stopped showing IDs of all the forms. Basically every form has now incomplete shortcode displayed:

    Is there a way to solve this?

    Also in configuration, which before worked perfectly, there is now alert “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.”

    Thank you in advance for possible solutions.

    The template is custom made and does not contain any extra functionality besides the layout structure.

    The configuration issue with e-mail also occurs on another site of mine – different template and also different hosting.

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. That output indicates there is a serious security flaw.

    can you please have a look at following screenshot? This is what the contact form says:

    But in a form, where “To” and “From” is explicitely defined, there is no error showing.
