    I’ve installed the Trustindex plugin and have upgraded to a paid account.

    However, even though I login to my account via the plugin and connect it to my Trustindex account, it still won’t let me download new reviews manually and the Download new reviews button is greyed out.

    Can you help?

    Hi @firstandlast !

    In case you have a subsciption in the website, please create the widgets there. In the plugin there is daily update option only in the admin.

    hi thanks for the response. The plugin is saying I can only update reviews in 5 days. It was six days yesterday of course.

    even though I’m connected to my account, below the greyed out button it’s prompting me to sign up for an account. So it seems the page of the settings in the plugin isn’t recognising my account status.
