Plugin still being maintained? Not tested with 3 major releases.

  • I really like this plugin, but this message in the repository worries me a bit:

    This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

    Is the plugin still being maintained?

    My personal tests, does not indicate any errors, but a test or recommendation from the developer would be appreciated.

    @oldrup Thanks for pointing this out. I actually had been updating the Tested up to version in trunk, but I forgot I have a stable tag on this plugin.

    I just removed the stable tag since the plugin is very small, I don’t think tags are actually needed here at this point.

    Thank you so much @davidbaumwald that is really appreciated. When using Updraft backups only for severe disaster recoveries (like hosting goes bankrupt or burns down), it really not makes sense backing up those auto-generated thumbnails day after day, year after year.
