    OK, for some reason the plugin is closed because of an old problem that has been fixed for some time. I don’t know why. In any event, the plugin code is now on github.

    OK, I don’t think I can maintain this plugin anymore. I am tossing it out for someone else to take it over. I have put the latest (last) version of the plugin up on github.
