[Plugin: StatComm (StatPress Community)] What happens when old visitors data will be deleted?

In the options page, there is a setting called “Automatically delete visits older than”. I was wondering what happens when this is checked. By removing all data, will it also remove the counts, or will these still be there?

The setting was made for users worried about table space, which remove records from the StatComm table. Since counters depends on those records, this numbers are reset too.

We are currently seeing if we could just consolidate the data even the visits are deleted. You would have summarized data but you would be unable to drill down the results , since the original records are deleted.
