[Plugin: StatComm (StatPress Community)] Restrcit styles and scripts to plugin page only

Hi, It is seen that the css and js of the plugin are getting printed to other admin pages. It will be nice if properly hook those styles and scripts to the reqd plugin pages only for better performance.
