[Plugin: SS Downloads] How to add "Name" along with email to download file?

    The plugin works fine and really appreciate the pains taken by the author to provide such a plugin. However, I was wondering how to…

    1) Add the field (along with email) to download the file.
    2) Delete the email IDs who have downloaded the file. We can delete the files list but not select emails.
