• Hi!

I’ve installed the plugin in my website:
    https://www.ajudafinanceiro.com

    In which I’m using a Hostinger (3gb ram, 2vcpu).

At first I used the plugin with WP Rocket installed as well (followed the tutorial + installed the mu-plugin), but after sometime (maybe 30min) my website started giving 503 errors and I couldn’t even access it, it was extremely low.

I thought it was WP Rocket settings or something, and then I disabled WP Rocket and reinstalled/reconfigured the Super Page Cache. But for my surprise, after sometime the same happened, all resources from the hosting were being used and the website went down.

I had to manually stop all processes in order to recover access to the website.

The only setting that I changed in the plugin is:
    Enable fallback page cache

    What could be happening here?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
first of all from what I can see is that the plugin is properly set and active on your website but the Cloudflare caching is not working. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/H204tLq.jpeg

Can you share a screenshot of the Page Rule section from your Cloudflare dashboard?

Now coming to the 503 errors, that seems impossible, I mean this plugin is being used crossed many sites but none have this problem. But I do see in the logs that you are using the preloader feature within the plugin. Can you disable that and check if it resolves your problem?

This is because the preloader uses cURL to fetch the URL which requires server resources, so maybe your server is unable to handle that many cURL requests. Try disabling the preloader feature and check if that resolves your problem.
