[Plugin: Special Recent Posts] Text excerpts have disappeared

I haven’t made any updates to what I’ve got before I started having problems. The excerpt just wouldn’t show up. So I decided to update my Pagelines platform and update WP while I was at it. I still get no excerpt and I’m just wondering what I might be missing. I get the title and the […] but no excerpt. Website is RefugeRadio.com and here is the shortcode I have in the boxes.
