All of the strings in the plugin should be translated.

There are a few strings that can be manually customized through the settings page (such as Submit Button Text, Success Message, Share Message, Expiration Message, and Already Signed Message). The defaults for these strings get set at the time the plugin is first installed.

So, if you have your WPLANG attribute set to German at the time of install, these strings will appear in German. If you do not have the WPLANG attribute set, then they will be in English.

If you install the plugin without the WPLANG attribute set and then later set WPLANG to German, all non-customizable strings will appear in German, but the the customizable strings will remain in English. You will need to customize them manually through the Settings page.

So, if you want all of the strings to be translated for you, you will nedd to set your WPLANG attribute prior to installing the plugin.
