    To fix this problem, open your MySQL database and delete your IP address from the table “wp_sb_ip_log”.

    Hello,
    I have been blocked from my own site. It just comes up now “You are banned from this site! Stop spamming and behave yourself” I have tried the above, but cant seem to find my ip address anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello, in that case, empty the whole table “wp_sb_ip_log” (via phpMyAdmin or something similar).

    You can also rename the plugin’s folder via your FTP client in order to disable it.
