[Plugin: SOPA Blackout] No Settings tab

    @kurtf – there’s a tab in your admin menu near the bottom called ‘Settings’

    In there you should find an option called ‘SOPA Blackout’ (after Permalinks the plugins are all in alphabetical order)

    Click that and it should open all up.
