[Plugin: SodaHead Polls] Issues with the plugin

    The Soda Head Polls plugin installs correctly, I can drag it to the widgets area, but creating a poll creates the plugin to freeze:

    * For the site-wide polls, the plugin stops working at the loading image,
    * For post-based polls, the plugin freezes upon clicking step 2.

    Any suggestions? As there are no error messages, it’s kind ahard to know where (and why) the problems occur.

  • hi i am having the same problem. installed ok, can drag into sidebar with widgets but the buttons ‘add answer’ and ‘step 2’ don’t work when clicked.

    tried with explorer and firefox same issue.

    any ideas?

    Me as well…Seems like an awesome plug-in…Yes it freezes on step 2. I want a post based poll…Multiple posts on a page and it freezes. Please can some one fix this! Or how about a lead on a true non third party Poll Plug-in. That would be ideal!!! I have tried WP-polls and would like something less code intensive.
    Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated!

    Same here. Tried it on IE, FireFox and Chrome.

    I’ve been trying to get this plug-in to work for a few days now. Frustrated! I set up the question & answers (“add answer” does work for me), click on “Step 2” and nothing happens. I’ve tried to add a poll to a post and also to a page…FAIL.

    Sodahead – Help!

    has anyone gotten a resolution to these problems? Having the same issue exactly as Eggie. Any luck communicating with SodaHead people?

    I am having the same problem – I am new to WP – did this ever work?

    We are no longer using Sodahead. I don’t think they are serious about supporting this plugin or writing code that works. We just moved on and are testing other polling plugins. That’s my best advice

    DreamerD thank you for your reply – can you recommend a polling plugin please. I know that WP-Polls has issues now as well.
