[Plugin: SodaHead Polls] Adding sodahead poll with comments?

I’ve downloaded SodaHead polls and Widgets On Page plugins and am able to create polls to show in the body of a post rather than the sidebar (yay!). I cannot figure out, though, how to create a poll that allows folks to enter comments. They can vote with whatever radio button style answers I provide (yes, no, undecided, etc), but I don’t see where they can leave a comment. Am I missing something about how to use the plugin? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, I’m using the Atahualpa theme, if it makes a difference.
