I’m using the WordPress Social Stream plugin, and running into an issue on one of my sites with a Twitter feed. The Facebook feed on this site is working perfectly, and the Twitter feed works on another site of the same WordPress version.

It’s throwing the following error in Google Chrome’s inspector: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https://domain.com’ is therefore not allowed access. (domain changed for privacy). In Firefox, it’s throwing a 200 OK but the error is coming up red, which was originally confusing but makes sense now.

Is there a fix to this issue? I’m wondering if some configuration needs to be done on the server, or if perhaps I’m overlooking something. My settings at dev.twitter.com have been verified, and I’ve also tried pulling data from alternate feeds without success.

If anyone else runs into this issue, it’s because the Site Address and WordPress Address under General Settings in WordPress were different. I had to make sure that they both either had or didn’t have the ‘www.’ prefix.
