[Plugin Social Contests] failed to open stream

Hi am using WP version 3.5.1. haven’t had any problems with it that the blogs haven’t solved for me, but couldn’t find this one written up anywhere.

Was installing the Social Contest plugin and then got this message

Not sure if it’s the plugin or wp? Im only new to this, any help would be greatly appreciated
