[Plugin: Social Connect] Social buttons no longer logs-in the visitor
-
The plugin just quit working in my new site https://wowpetbattles.com. The plugin used to work excellent the past few weeks. I do not know when it quit working, but I know is recently because I received an e-mail from one of my columnists for the site saying that it does not let him log-in with facebook.
I tested on my own with different accounts of twitter and facebook and it just redirects me to the Register page. Same happens with any other service like google, yahoo or wordpress. I tried uninstalling and installing back, saving settings and no luck.I got this plugin working fine in other of my sites https://wowlazymacros.com.
Thanks in advance.
Report:
It opens the forms to login, but it does not log the user after this. Instead redirects to the Register page.
Is kinda hard to tell when it quit working because the site being new I have done a lot of changes lately, but I never touched the plugin settings. But the latest changes since I know one of my columnists could login are:
Update Fast Secure Contact Form
Update Jetpack by WordPress.com – twice, first time gave a bunch of errors clicking on jetpack but it fix itself after refreshing the page. It did the same in my other blogs but their social connect is working fine.
Update bbPress Topics for Posts
Install WP Super Cache
Uninstall WP Super Cache – uninstalled to test if it quit because of this.Version of the plugin: 0.9
WordPress: 3.2.1
