[Plugin: Social] Can't connect Twitter and Facebook profiles on plugin Settings page

When I try to connect the site with Twitter and Facebook profiles on the Settings page, it opens another window which loads the site’s 404 page. There seems to be something wrong with the URLs it’s calling from there. The social network connections DO work on the individual User Profile pages.
