[Plugin: Sociable] skyscraper not showing up

Have you received any help on this issue? I am not using the skyscaper view, but am using the classic view. They do NOT show up on my blog, but DO show up in preview mode? I can’t seem to get help anywhere.

No I have NOT received any word back from Blogplay. I am quite annoyed that they are SO unavailable, and uncaring about their user’s needs.

Hi sporter88888, some error appears on your screen? Which browser are using?

We are working on a new version based on users comments and sugestions as always, the next version will be launched on next week and hope it solve all your problems.

Thank you for finally responding.

There is no error message….after I activate the skyscraper version and hit “save changes”, and then go look at the site….there simply is NO skyscraper. It does not appear.
I have tried editing and viewing on Firefox, Chrome, and IE….all the same…I cannot get the skyscraper to appear.

Since you are asking about user input, here is another thing I need: I have my site structured to include “category pages”. (you can go look at https://thegoutkiller.com ) I would like your sociable icons to appear on these Category Pages…but they do not. The icons do appear on all posts, and on my static home page…but not on the Category Pages. Again, this is while using the Sociable “classic view” since I cannot get the skyscraper to work. I would appreciate it if you can fix this so that the icons will also appear on the Category Pages.

And one last issue….the FB “counter” icon does not display correctly on Firefox. It looks right on Chrome and IE.

I have a similar problem – the normal version of Sociable shows up fine on all my posts but the skyscraper version does not display at all.

I would really like to use the skyscraper version as I believe it is by far preferable to having the icons way down the bottom of the posts.

Are you there? Last week you said you are releasing a new version of Sociable this week….it is NOW this week! When can we expect the new version? And will it resolve the three problems I mentioned (skyscraper not showing up at all; classic view icons not showing up on category pages; FB counter displaying incorrectly on firefox).

I dont have any idea why your posts are getting bumped. I’ve not heard back from Blogplay….they are completely annoying. I really wish someone else would come up with a comparable plugin, since these guys seem to NOT care at all about the needs of their “customers”.

Blogplay…if you are reading this…PLEASE RESPOND! And tell us when your next revision is coming out that presumably will fix these problems we are all having.

Check your wordpress version, I did try the skyscraper with two wordpress versions. 3.3.1 works, 3.1 didn’t. Classic Sociable works with both versions.

Classic works on all versions…but I cannot get the dang skyscraper to show up AT ALL!

I need to hear from you asap! Please tell me WHEN you will be releasing the new version which is supposed to fix these problems:

1)Skyscraper not showing up at all.

For the record, I continue to have the exact same issues as identified by Sharon in her above post.

I am also using the latest version of WP.

I am having the same issue. Skyscraper won’t work in my 3.3.2 install. It’s the 4/26 version of the plug in that I uploaded today. I have tried automatically and manually uploading it. The classic sociable comes up on it’s own, even if I never touch the ‘sociable options’ section and stick to the skyscraper. What is even more odd is that I have uninstalled it, manually installed it again, and somehow it activated again with memory of my previous settings.

No matter how I go about it, I cannot get skyscraper to work.

Now it seems that the plug in has been pulled from the WP directory.
