[Plugin: Sociable] no á é í ó ú ? supported in email subject

Hi,

Im using sociable in a spanish speaking site. And when sendig emails, it converts á é í and all foreign characters to question marks and such.

I think it could be solved by using url_encode() in the subject string.

Can you please take a look into it?
