[Plugin: SmoothGallery] Error: Cannot redeclare class config

  • hi,
    i am using wordPress version 3.1.3

    when i try to activate the SmoothGallery version 1.15.2 plugin i get this error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class config in c:\php\4\pear\Config.php on line 44

    has anyone encountered this before? thanks so much for any help.
