[Plugin: Smart YouTube PRO] Smart Youtube Pro for Featured Image in WordPress

We have the latest version of SmartYou Tube pro and trying to get the thumbnail for the video to automatically generate using the “Featured Image” in WordPress but the thumbnail does not get automatically generated. Advice please??
