Plugin Smart Mobile is not working with WP 4.1.1

Any updates for the plugin? Or can anyone recommend another plugin that optimize the design on mobiles?

Maybe I found the problem. It’s not the plugin that’s not working. Everything looks nice in the preview. It depends on the mobile devices.

On my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 the mobile theme doesn’t work at all. The design looks awful. On a Galaxy S5 it looks mutch better, but doesn’t correspond 1:1, the pictures are missing. It also seems to depend on the chosen theme of a site.

Do you have more information about that and maybe a soloution?

It depends even not on the type of cellphone. It depends on the browser. Everything looks good in the standard browser (Samsung). I normally use the LastPass Browser. No chance for this one.

Ypanesa you’re not the only one having this issue. My wife’s site and my site aren’t able to be viewed on a mobile device unless you scroll to the bottom of the page and click “view full site.” She has a Galaxy S 3 and I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, but I’ve tried it on multiple iPhones and various different tablets, all with the same result. My belief is that the WP 4.1.1 has an issue. I guess at this point we have to wait for another update???

I’ve contacted both my theme developer and my host (godaddy) and there is nothing they can do to fix the issue. It is NOT your device. I’m hoping WP will fix this ASAP!!!!

This plugin hasn’t been updated in more than 1 YEAR! None of the developers respond to support.
This looks like abandonware to me. I don’t think this will ever get any more updates. Time to move on!
