Plugin slowing website?

Hi,

I’m having response problems with my site and installed the P3 plugin to check if any plugins were a particular problem.

I’ve 26 plugins active but Quick Page/Post redirect is being reported as accounting for nearly half the total plugin run time. I’ve repeated the tests several times with the same results.

I’m using 5.0.3 of the plugin. Is there anything I can do to reduce the plugin’s impact. My site is https://www.sailingchoices.com.
