[Plugin: Slideshow Satellite] Can you show captions and hide the file name?

    Love the plug in, it is one of the best functioning and nicest looking out there. The one problem I am having is setting the captions to display only the caption field filled out in the image uploader.

    The text being displayed is the file name and description I’ve filled in the media uploader. No matter it won’t show the caption field. I’d like not to have the file name displayed.

    Hi John, the caption field is stored in the post and not the attachment, and the info is being pulled from the attachment. The title of the image and the description, so you’d have to change the title of the attachment image to not be the file name.

    Having that caption field is certainly a tricky use of text. Sorry for the confusion!

    Thanks. That makes sense. Is there a way to hide the file name (I am fine with only showing the description, but for various reasons I want the file name to stay as is).

    This is a new feature as of version 1.1 ?? It should update onto www.remarpro.com sometime today
