[Plugin: Slideshow Gallery] Slideshow dropping thumbnails

When I embed a Satellite slideshow in a page the top works fine but the bottom slideshow navigation drops one of the images. So if there are four slides in the top I will only see 3 in the bottom.
Using WordPress 4.1.1 and Satellite 1.1.4.
Really want to use this plug in but it’s just not quite working. Any suggestions?
