[Plugin: Slideshow Gallery] Slideshow doesn't show images

You will find your root url in admin pannel of your server provider. The timtumb should be somewhere among files of the plugin, “vendors” folder or something…

After I followed the instructions, I think I had to add the pictures again before it worked.

Nevertheless, thanks for posting this one, because lack of thumbs was a problem too(in fact a minor one but it was)

1. Slideshow window is black all the time
2. when theres one photo in gallery, there are no arrows
2. as you post two photos, the arrows on both sides appear.

tracikay, your fix does work! All themes provided from WP work like a charm and I have the gallery working. It doesnt work with mine…

I had a theme with CUFON fonts embedded in.
there was a conflict of “h3” class.
Had to replace the file of CUFON plugin with the newest version.

I’m using a theme from templatemonster and no suggested fix has worked.

I have this problem as well. Could someone please include a comprehensive solution? Everything thus far has been a bit disjointed and difficult to follow.

If anyone actually understands what the specific problem is, a description of that would also be very useful. To be frank, not only do I have no clue where it is going wrong, I also would greatly appreciate not having to spend hours looking when others before me have done so.

Try publishing the page that your slideshow is on instead of previewing it. After 3 hours of troubleshooting, I finally published a test page and it worked fine. It did not work when previewing drafts. I’m using WP version 3.4.1
